FEES
Individuals - £60 per 50 minute session
Couples - £65 per 60 minute session
Supervisees - £50 per 60 minute session.
Fees are payable on the day by cash or bank transfer .
WORKING HOURS
I work Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Some Saturdays 9am- 12.00.

THE FIRST SESSION
I offer a FREE 30 minute initial meeting for individual clients.
This is to give us the opportunity to see if you feel comfortable with me, and that the help I can give is appropriate for you.
If you decide you would like to proceed we will organise some further sessions.
I offer a flexible approach to suit the problems you bring, and the outcome you wish to achieve.
Where there are clearly defined problems the work may be time-limited (generally 6-8 sessions).
When problems appear to be deep-rooted or where there seems to be no obvious cause, the work can be open-ended.
Each session lasts 50 minutes. Initially meeting weekly is usually best, in order for you to tell your story and for us to get to know each other. I also offer Face time sessions. These are the same length and fee as face to face.
Counselling is a joint venture; we will regularly review our work.
The work can be difficult and demanding. If you choose to work with me, I will offer the support that you need on your journey to a more satisfying life.
